Shift partnered with Launch Together, an initiative designed to improve social, emotional, behavioral, physical and cognitive outcomes for young children and their families in Colorado, to develop an online interactive map that displays demographic data and assets to help Launch Together better understand how to support children's behavioral health and social emotional development. This tool provides Launch Together with a comprehensive view of where vulnerable children live in relation to affordable housing, early childhood education, K-12 schools, health facilities and mental health providers.
